Shipping policy

Shipping time including Order processing time.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (i.e., Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as customized, personalized, pre-order items, may take longer.

Despite of our 100% effort to ship you sooner, however, unforeseen circumstances  may cause some delay, In such situation, delay will be informed to you.

We offer free shipping only for orders in excess of Rs. 500 or only when shipping charges does not exceed 50/-  and for the pincodes covered by our courier partners. 

TRACK ORDER

You will have order and shipment details to track order till it reaches you.

PAYMENT METHOD

Our Payment gateway supports all major VISA or MASTERCARD, or UPI based payment option, at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included in the price.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer a 7 day, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) only for unused and unworn items. Free return shipping is applicable only when return shipping costs do not exceed Rs. 50 and for pin codes covered by our courier partners.

In case return shipping charges exceed Rs. 50, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 50 will be adjusted against customer refund. In case of non-serviceable pin codes, customer is responsible for returning the product to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 50 towards shipping charges with their refund.

Please note that we are shipping only in INDIA as of now.

RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

Once you decide to return the product, please keep all package in tact, including invoice. 

And then contact our customer-care at care@firstshine.in or call our customer care number 9845618708 to initiate return.

If your pin code is serviceable by our courier partner then we will initiate a return shipment for you, else you need ship it our  our retail shop. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please address all returns to:
